Had our gas fireplace serviced. They checked the functionality of the fireplace and replaced the embers. They also suggested upgrading some safety features and provided the estimate within 72 business hours. All-in-all, a good experience. Very friendly scheduling service. We also received two reminders via phone: one the day before and one about 30 minutes before they arrived. This was our first time having this service done so we don’t have anything to compare it to.
