I got an appointment for the day I wanted. The time was set between noon and 4pm. I received a call at 2:00 letting me know he would arrive in 15 minutes. Serviceman was knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job. I have used American Chimney in the past and will use them in the future. I feel their pricing is fair and expect them to stand by their work.
